Welcome to the majestic world of the black swans! While these beautiful birds are often seen in large numbers, they can be quite territorial and may display aggressive behavior towards vessels. If you encounter a bigan in enclosed areas like the Ohau Channel it's best to slow down, maintain your course, and gently brush past them. Remember to respect their space adhere to the 5-knot rule, and enjoy the stunning scenery without causing harm.Don't litter report all oil leaks or spills environmental hazards to us.
