Cancellation due to bad weather will be given no more than 24 hours before and no less than up to start time. Cancellations due to bad weather can be rescheduled or fully refunded. Cancellation by customers must be made no less than 24 hours prior to the start to receive a refund.

We strive to put safety first and as a part of that its our obligation to inform you of such inherent dangers involved we will give you a safety briefing and and full waivers which are general and standard policy and need to be signed before starting.
Our commitment to safety on the Lakes.
We want everyone to be safe out there on the Lakes and I take this seriously I don't want anyone getting hurt or worse so. Rest assured that we are prepared for every likely emergency or event with training and procedures with search and respond times depending on where you are we know I can be at the jetski to help or tow back or pick up in around 15 minutes and in most cases, we can be there in less it is our duty to ensure the safe use of our Jetskis and any breaching the rules of speed restrictions you can be fined by Maritimenz who patrol the waters please adhere to the 5-knot rule or 10 kph on our Sea-Doo model or idle speed. Read the rules they are simple. Be mindful make your path and intended direction known and don't go in shallow water don't spray or attempt to jetspray other people swimmers boats etc stay in the ski zones no wake zones specified. There is more than enough lake there to play and race around we will show you on the day, remember your wits and wear supplied life jackets always while operating or on skis take your phone put it in a supplied dry bag, and wear proper watersports activity clothing bring a dry top half jacket it can be cold you will need to board the jetski in knee deep water shoes or bare feet water sneakers are fine, pack only what can be carried in backpack towel swimsuit water bottle cut lunch sunscreen with limited storage on jet skis. Trips to Rotoiti Hot pools promotions t/c's applied to some deals at different times and we have the right to cancel any coupons or discount deals that include entry into or discounted fees at the hot pools and in most cases you need to pay entry there if that is your desired plan to visit for the day. Mokoia island is a wildlife sanctuary so no landing on the island unless prior organised. no taxi rides or group ryders swaps are used unless booked for half or whole-day hire only the people who have signed waivers or hirers and verified with us can use the jetsi during any hire under 3 hours. for your own run functions hire contact and we will sort you out.
